Since launching in Auckland, Dovida has already built a dedicated team of nearly 100 Caregivers, supporting hundreds of clients in just a few years. Our commitment is simple: to empower individuals to live life on their terms with personalised, high-quality care.


What is a Dovida Agent?

As a Dovida Agent you are a valued business partner, who will operate as an independent contractor, driving growth by building strong relationships and generating client referrals within your local community—particularly in the health sector.

As an Agent, you’ll invest a nominal startup fee in exchange for an exclusive territory, comprehensive training, and ongoing commission payments for the duration of your clients’ services with Dovida.

You’ll be fully supported by our national office, which oversees client relationships, support services, and Caregiver recruitment, retention, and training—allowing you to focus on growing your business.

Unlike a franchise model, there are no royalty payments. Instead, you’ll receive a percentage of the revenue generated through a trailing commission structure.

Dovida Agent Requirements

You will already be successful, driven and in search of a change that provides challenge, opportunity and comprehensive training and support, with unlimited earning potential.

Your career track record will show a history of achievement through dedication, application and enthusiasm and your attributes include:

High integrity and ability to operate in accordance with our core values.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build a strong network.

Comfortable working independently whilst maintaining a strong and collaborative working relationship with other Business Partners and the Support Office.

Training and Support

  • Monthly support payment of $2000/month for the first year
  • Monthly marketing fund of $1000/month for the first year
  • Marketing start up kit (valued at $7000)
  • Uncapped earnings
