Ideal Candidates
We’re looking for driven professionals ready to build and grow their own advisory business.Requirements:
- NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
- NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), or willingness to complete
- 3+ years’ experience in banking or financial services
- Successful banker or adviser (existing client base preferred, but not essential)
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Confident in business development and/or leading a team
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and self-motivated
