The Franchise Model

As a franchisee, you’ll operate your own independent business under the Urban Homes brand, within a defined territory. Through your Franchise Agreement, you’ll gain licensed access to our brand, business systems, proprietary processes, and marketing assets.
In return, franchisees contribute through:

• An initial franchise premium and training fee.
• Ongoing royalties based on sales income.
• A contribution to national marketing and technology support funds.

These contributions allow us to maintain high standards, support the network, and continuously build brand strength across New Zealand.

Investment and Next Steps

The initial investment ranges from $105,000 to $150,000 (excluding working capital) and includes your franchise premium, training, business setup, local area marketing, and branding materials. Additional costs may include vehicles, technology, legal fees, and potential office or show home setup, depending on your territory.
