Each Franchisee has a designated Franchise Support Manager receiving monthly business performance support calls as well as unlimited access to an experienced team of Support Specialists covering all areas of the business.

Training and Support:


An initial four days training is provided at Plus Fitness head office covering all areas of the business operation from marketing, membership enquiry and sales handling, systems usage and HR. Each franchisee is then allocated their own dedicated Franchise Support Manager who is on call for them to assist with any area of the business.

The Franchise Support Manager conducts a scheduled monthly support and coaching call. This covers topics such as sales, marketing, business performance, operations and staffing.

In addition, we have an 1800 support line for Franchisees that provides them access to a team of support specialists covering all areas of their business operation. This line is available 24/7 for matters of emergency.

Plus Fitness also operates an annual state based round table circuit where all Franchisees from their particular state get together for a day of communication and review. This is hosted by the franchisors and their senior management team and provides an excellent opportunity for franchisees to meet with the head office team and their fellow franchisees.

Marketing Support:


Plus Fitness provides franchisees with the tools to run monthly marketing campaigns that fall in line with the national marketing campaign plan. Franchisees have access to all of the artwork and support needed to run these monthly campaigns both at a local area level and digitally. Plus Fitness invests heavily in digital marketing with the objective being to generate leads for its franchisees.

Our marketing team works with one of Australia leading digital agencies and we have been the recipient of numerous Google and Industry based digital media and marketing awards. As well as franchisees having control of their own landing page on the Plus Fitness website they are also provided with a Plus Fitness Facebook page and Google My Business page as part of their initial marketing setup.

Franchisees are also provided access to an Online Print Management System where they are able to acquire pre-formatted and customised marketing collateral to support their local marketing activity. A marketing library exists in our Franchisee Resources Portal which hosts 1000’s of marketing tools and ideas to assist in local area marketing and lead generation activity.

On the 12th and 13th of August 2022 Plus Fitness hosted over 200 franchisees from all over the country at Accor Stadium in Sydney, and invited suppliers as well as some exceptional keynote speakers to present to franchisees the exciting and proactive future of the brand.

We also hosted a trade show across the 2 days so franchisees could engage with suppliers. Exhibitors included an amazing array of fitness big hitters in the industry including Life Fitness, Fitness vending, LT Network, Novofit, Techno Gym, E-Gym, Evolt, Nightlife, and Precor.

Day 1 of the 2022 Plus Fitness Amplify Conference began on the Friday and kicked off with a welcome address from our very own Director Gordon Martin. World renowned Fitness Business Coach and Speaker Justin Tamsett then took the stage with a pumped up presentation on the evolution of the industry and how to create member connection and experience.

National Operations Manager Zofia Williams jumped up to remind franchisees of the importance of the member journey. E-Gym Enterprise customer success Manager David Bishop then took the baton and highlighted the amazing benefits that the Egym platform will deliver into the Plus Fitness app so that we can connect with our members virtually.

Director of Plus Fitness Gordon Martin then shared the stage with KeepMe’s Sales and Marketing Director Olivia Milne to excite franchisees with the announcement of the Plus Fitness + KeepMe partnership. Olivia and Gordon showcased new and future operational systems that will absolutely amplify the Plus Fitness brand and equipt us with one of the most integrated and connected tech eco systems in the fitness industry.

Day 2 took franchisees on a marketing workshop to remind them all of the importance of strong marketing that lands on a local level, on the right channels, with amazing content.

National Marketing Manager John Miller was the first cab off the rank taking franchisees through the future of Plus Fitness marketing as well as going through the steps to building a strong content strategy. Franchise Marketing Specialist and General Manager of digital agency LT Network Rachael Dao gave our franchisees a look into the current digital landscape, brand recall and how to use your data to create better content.

EHP Labs Founder Izhar Basha and Marketing Manager Daniel Drummond then took us on an inspiring journey on how their successful supplements brand used social media to build their audience and brand trust.

Finally, Zofia Williams and Gordon Martin closed off day 2 with a glimpse into the future of where Plus Fitness is heading and how the brand is being amplified to be bigger and better than ever.

The fun didn’t end there, with a gala dinner and awards night which saw our whole network and HQ team putting on their best suits and dresses to dance into the night and celebrate what was no doubt a fantastic and inspiring weekend of amazing speakers with informative and exciting visions for the Plus Fitness brand, its franchisees and of course our members.

A big congratulations to all of our franchisees and staff that took home an award, your efforts and achievements in our business have not gone unnoticed.
