High Performance Training and Coaching

Hi, my name is Johnny and I just wanted to take this time to tell you guys my journey with High Performance Training and Coaching. Before joining High Performance Training and Coaching, I was looking for a coaching opportunity for a while. I looked at a few other companies that are available in Auckland and New Zealand. Then I saw High Performance come up in one of my searches and I called Frikkie up and Frikkie has been so wonderful to deal from with the beginning, he's just a man of integrity, he just explains everything, he took time, we caught up, we talked through his business plan, we looked at how you will help my franchise grow and be successful and it was a no-brainer for me. For whence i caught up with Frikki and Pao a couple of times before. I’m a anylist, so I needed all of these facts and figures and everything to come into place and I took my time with it but they were so patient with me. And as soon as I was ready they were ready to, just say hey things are ready for you to come on board and as soon as I came onboard they helped me through the whole process helping me get my first few clients and the results were really quick and I signed a few clients in the first few weeks of joining High Performance Training and Coaching and their support system their just amazing and i love being part of this team. Hello guys, I am Di, the franchise of High Performance training coaching. I started my journey at sales with High Performance Training Coaching. In around one month I met some really good results, and I decided to join the franchisee group. The company has been really great and amazing for me, because over the last few months I have learnt so much and developed a lot more than the past few years in my own career. So what brings me to High Performance Training Coaching is the greatest opportunity I can see in the industry and I got a lot of support from my franchise. Which includes showing me the skills about prospecting the sales and also helped me with the customer base and also I have learnt great skills about coaching people. I have corporate background training and coaching. However, my French really helped me regarding coach in other industries as well. At the same time, it showed me a lot of skill regarding training, coaching and mentoring. So again, really good results for my previous time in High Performance Training Coaching.
